Adam J. Davis, MD
Founder and practicing physician in the field of Neuroradiology. Dr. Davis is a member of the faculty at a leading U.S. medical center and a recognized expert in the field of advanced medical imaging. He is an active teacher and lecturer within clinical medicine and long standing consultant and collaborator for medical imaging companies.
Scott has over 20 years of technology experience in sales, marketing and consulting. He has been involved in the planning, finance and operation of several new venture startups. Currently at T3 Technologies, he serves as the Director of Partner Sales and Major Accounts in both the U.S. and abroad. Previously he worked at Alchemy Solutions as Partner Alliance Manager, at MicroFocus (UK) as part of the Modernization and Migrations SWAT Team for North America and at ATERAS as Vice President, Sales and Business Development. Scott worked at Computer Associates as the Regional Business Development Manager for Legacy Renewal Solutions. He worked with several small companies early in his career, including a founding partner of EventGnosis, as the Director of Professional Services and Technical Manager for Open Service, Inc; as a Regional Consulting Manager for InterWorld, an e-commerce venture and as a Regional Consulting Manager for Epicor Software (formerly Platinum Software) where he was responsible for enterprise financial solutions. Scott holds a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science form Siena College, NY and an MBA form Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute, NY.
Paula L. Katkin
Paula is a senior level marketer specializing in leading integrated teams charged with positioning brands for growth. She has a total-company perspective gained through two decades of client, agency, e-commerce and direct sales support experience for world-class firms. She's worked alongside extraordinary creatives and strategists throughout her career to build great brands including Verizon, Nextel, RCN Communications and Progress Energy. Paula holds a BA in Biology from the University of Pennsylvania and an MBA from New York University’s Stern School of Business. She is a past president of the Board of Directors of the Jeanne Geiger Crisis Center in Newburyport, MA.
Stephen F. Ritner
Stephen F. Ritner is Special Counsel to Zarwin Baum and focuses his practice exclusively in corporate and business matters with special emphasis in mergers and acquisitions, equity and debt financing and counseling middle market growth businesses. He is also of Counsel to the firm Gould Yaffe and Golden.
Prior to becoming Special Counsel, Stephen spent 15 years as a partner in the corporate group at Stevens & Lee and five years as Of Counsel in the corporate group at Blank Rome. In addition, he has been a FINRA licensed investment banker since 2003 and worked as managing director at Griffin Financial Group, LLC from 2007 to 2009.
Stephen has extensive experience in mergers and acquisitions, equity finance and corporate structuring. He has provided representation in many small and mid-sized merger & acquisition transactions as well as managed larger more sophisticated matters. His clients and transactional experience include representing businesses from a wide range of industries, such as specialty manufacturing, value added distribution, trucking and warehousing, consulting and business services, construction services, consumer products, technology ventures, life sciences and pharmaceutical services.
During his career, Stephen has served as Chairman of the Board of Directors of the Philadelphia Chamber of Commerce Small Business section. He has also been a member of the Board of Directors of the Philadelphia Chamber of Commerce and Philadelphia Arts & Business Council.
